I made a series of small pendants to wear close to the heart--they are small enough to wear every day and delight the wearer with a little mechanical scene that evokes the wonder of childhood. When you turn the crank, perhaps it is a boat that sails on the waves, or a crab that scuttle through the seafan coral, or a bird that moves through the leafy tree.
